Tony, yes but it will be very low and slow....plus I have emergency smoker back up personnel to take care of said doneness.

PQ- as soon as it arrives this week I will do a full unboxing and dial it in. Might even make a video of it. No promises though.

awesome news from UPS/Amazon....my tappecue will arrive tomorrow not Friday, early birthday present for me (5th). can't wait to do the unbox and possibly a video to tag along with it.

So I picked up a decent sized tool box for my tools.

Maverick ET73, Maverick ET733, 2 Farberware wired thermometers, a single probe wireless thermometer (don't know the name at this moment), Tappecue WiFi thermometer, Ozeri Pro Scale, Bear Paws, Aluminum mini loaf pans, rubber gloves.

Everything nice and neat.
