they should have an option to buy a smoker with a bracket of some kind added to it that can hold a beach umbrella..

be good in the rain

but i'm thinking more how hot the outside of the box and the handles get in this texas sun

a big hot dog cart umbrella would be great.. matter of fact put the whole thing on a hot dog cart and i could go around the neighborhood selling smoked meats

Step #1 cold beer.
Step #2 plug in the smoker
Step #3 add food.
Step #4, don't forget step #1

I have one of the kids hold an umbrella while I load and unload the smoker. My #3 sits out on the deck 365 rain or shine.
