To brine or not to brine... that is the question ???

Try a rack of each in the same smoke. I do lots of nuts for snacks and I don't brine anymore.
EVOO and rub/spice, let it cook in the smoker for 3 to 4 hours.

Just soaked them for 10 mins ( Amazing Ribs) and in the smoker @225 for 4 hrs... really good, can't wait to try em in a couple days... Vacuum sealed them with the mason jar accessory...
