Post by: gregbooras on December 20, 2015, 03:38:10 PM
BBQ White Sauce (Makes about 2 cups)

Ingredients
•   1 ½ cup mayo
•   2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
•   4 T Apple Juice
•   2 T Sugar
•   1 t. Lemon Juice
•   1 t. Cream Style Horseradish
•   ½ t sea salt
•   1 t. ground black pepper
•   ¼ t. cayenne pepper

Directions
Mix all ingredients together and then refrigerate for at least two hours. You can also add ¼- ½ t. garlic powder.
If you like your sauce more tangy, add additional lemon juice or cider. If you like your sauce a bit hotter, add additional horseradish or cayenne.
