Would it be better to have a category dedicated to pictures we take instead of posting them in various other places on the site? Instead of posting our pics under beef or pork or poultry,etc. Just post under the pictures category. Of course giving details of what went into creating what is in the picture. Thanks

Dale, the "What's Cooking?" section is kind of for that - just a few pics of your creations.  If I'm reading about someone's smoke, and getting details, I kind of like the pictures there, so I don't have to go somewhere else to look at them.
