New to this forum (North Alabama)
« on: February 12, 2017, 07:48:13 PM »
Hi all, TMB (Tommy)  been cooking with infrared, charcoal and pellet smoker for a few years but my main love in outdoor cooking is using my SRG's or Smoker, Roaster & Grill by CharBroil.   I own six of these at one time but have thinned the heard down to three.   I also own a home built pellet version of this grill as well along with a home built charcoal version.   I own a Rec-Tec 680 smoker and a few other grills as well. Looking for ideas and seeing what's out there I may have missed.

I do not have many hobbies anymore other than grilling,  building or modifying grills.

Just hope I can add and learn from this forum

Tommy

 Welcome Tommy from SE Arizona.

Have you looked at acquiring a smoker from Smokin-it?  I think you have the other bases covered.

Hi Tommy!

Sounds like you need a Smokin-It smoker to "round out" your stable!  We have a LOT of recovering stick burners around here, and I haven't heard one complaint about finding the way to Lazy Q!

I'm looking for sure because the Bradley has been a good unit just on it's final days  :( :(
