Briner or Briner Jr., or both?

I'm looking to brine a 12 lb turkey next weekend.  Will the Briner Jr work or should I get the big daddy Briner?  I have been considering getting one of these for a while.

Also, where is the best place to purchase them?

I have the Jr. and a 6 lb. chicken works fine, also a 9 lb. butt, for a turkey, I think you will need the bigger one.

Thanks Greg!  I had decided last night to order the combo and get them both.  I need them by Friday. They had basically two options for shipping. FedEx Home Delivery and USPS Flat Rate Box.  How long did it take them to actually ship after you placed you order?

Yeah, a couple bucks cheaper and no shipping!  I drive past that area a couple times a week.  Hopefully they have them in stock!  Now to find a good turkey brine!

I'll be trying one of these. Probably Divots as I like to make up my own stuff rather than buy store bought.  If I'm out of time though, store bought can get me out of a jam!

No injection for me.  Brine, and stuff the cavity with equal parts chopped carrot, celery and onion, and coat with your favorite rub.  In she goes, to 165 in the breast!  Easy peasy! :D
