Accuracy After Tuning?

Hello. I've tuned my Auber a couple of times using the methods outlined on the site. However, I still see a +/- 7* temp swing. Is this normal? I thought they are advertised to hold +/- 1*?

Yes, it should be closer than that. Can you give us some details on how you tuned? The mass and density of what you had in the smoker while tuning places a part in how accurate your tune is.
