Yes, these waterproof probes definitely work with the 733 and the 732 for that matter. I did confirm this directly with Maverick before I purchased them.
They are a much more sturdy probe and well worth the money if/when your OEM probes go out.

Hopefully my probes are still working. If they are I wonder if I can use some high temp RTV and shrink wrap to seal them up.

Yes, I put the RTV on my Maverick probes to seal the connectors between the probes and the wire. This really helps to keep moisture out.
