Cooler
« on: March 14, 2018, 08:00:07 AM »
This is a picture of my cooler for resting smoked products. I have been using this for years and it long enough to handle ribs, and deep enough for post butts or brisket.  I highly recommend.

Go to amazon, that were I purchased. I have two. They come in different colors as well. I think they are must better than the big coolers.

Looks like a perfect size and shape for resting meats.

Hey Ed,
This looks great, I need to measure my steam pan and see if it will fit.

Hey Ed,
Trying to find the inside dimensions for the cooler, does the following look right?
The inside opening dimensions are 17 1/2 inches long x 12 inches wide, and it is 10 inches deep (height)
Best Greg

Depth is about 7 inches. All other dimensions are spot on.
