Aging can be a challenge
« on: February 27, 2018, 09:12:42 AM »
If any of you are experiencing some of the same challenges of aging as me, here is a site that was recommended to me to track my diet and exercise.  http://www.myfitnesspal.com/
My challenge was to reduce my sugar level which I am doing by increasing my workouts and cutting out sugar and carbs ( including beer and wine during the week days ). Fortunately, I can still enjoy my meats, fish and veggies. The site has worked well at keeping me on track of my goals for the past couple of weeks. If you have similar challenges, Good Luck!

David - All day long today I was certain that tomorrow was Friday. Really looking forward to it.  Tonight my wife informed me that today was Wednesday. Besides being old, I am now depressed.

One of the tough things of being retired is keeping up with what day it is. Fortunately I go to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that helps. Life is good! Especially when meat is on the smoker.
