Where is the NSF Certification??
« on: February 13, 2018, 04:17:24 PM »
Lookin' to buy a model 2, but I don't see the NSF certification listed on the NSF website (http://info.nsf.org/Certified/Food/Listings.asp?TradeName=smoker&CompanyName=&PlantState=&PlantCountry=&PlantRegion=&Standard=004).  In fact I don't see smokin-it listed at all. :o

Welcome!  I can't speak to the currency of their website, but SI has been NSF-certified since April 2015.  All smokers carry the certification label, and I'm sure Steve would be more than happy to provide additional documentation, should you require it.

Manufactured by HWC Company for Smokin-It, so they would be the NSF listing holder.

Agreed.  And the certification on the product is sufficient.  By there way, welcome Liz from SE Arizona.
