2 pork butts
« on: April 28, 2017, 03:57:29 PM »
I have two 10# pork butts and would like to smoke them at the same time.  Few questions.
1.  Do I increase the amount of wood?
2.  Does it take longer to smoke two vs one?  If so, how much longer can I expect it to take?
3.  Should I rotate the racks at some point?

Thanks in advance!
Dave

1) No
2) Just slightly.
3) Or just know that the bottom rack will finish first.

I have two probes so I can monitor them both.  Thanks for the quick reply!
