No peaky!!!!
« on: March 25, 2017, 08:18:27 PM »
No peaky!!!! Hahah. Last time I made pork ribs, I peaked. Not this time. Told the wife put them in and turn on the button at 1pm while I was at baseball practice with my son. Got home and made some sides. Sat on patio with music on and a Woodford neat. Just pulled after 5 hours and wrapped to sit a while until my wife gets home. It doesn't get better than that!!!

Those look real good. I would have caved to temptation and done a taste test before wrapping.
