Bison Burgers
« on: March 24, 2017, 09:42:25 PM »
Picked these up at Sprouts Farmers Market.  I think its 8.99 for 3, 1/3lb burgers.

Before going in the smoker I put some worcester sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder on each one.

Went in the SI2 for about 45 min @ 235 with a small piece of wood (batteries dead in scale).  I had read another post on here with these basic directions but they used 4oz and said they thought it was a bit to smokey flavored.  These could have used a bit more smoke I think.  But they taste really good.  This might be a new go to for me.  On payday.  When I can afford it.  haha.

Looks good to me, and $3 per burger is pretty good.

Much thanks to you for this extraordinary data. I will take of note of the ML on PC and offer it to my companions.
