Has any one tried a pickle brine on chicken? Been seeing this type of recipe popping up in a few magazines .

I haven't Bobby but great minds think alike! I have pickle juice in the refrigerator that I intend to try on either a butt or chicken. If you try it out on chicken let us know how it turns out. Great experiment....

Chik-fil-la uses pickle juice to brine the chicken breasts before frying. My son worked there when he was in high school that's how I know. They make some good sammiches so there must be something to it.
