Auber Question
« on: October 22, 2016, 12:35:56 AM »
I'm about to break in my new 2D with it's first brisket in the morning.  Is it possible to just set the Auber to 225° and not have to worry about any of the programmed modes?  How do I do that?  I just seasoned it this week and haven't really had time to play with the controller.  I'm hoping this goes smoothly.  Thanks!

Hey Adam, I apparently missed your post, and I'm sorry no one else jumped in! :-[   Did you figure it out?  Do you still need help with your question?

Welcome Adam from SE Arizona.  Yes you can set the Auber to just the cook temp and time for the cook.  Null out the other programs.  Once you play around with the unit following the instructions it gets real easy. Sing out if you have more questions.
