Hey Dave, thanks for the info. purchased a new toy. As my old pressure cooker part of the handle broke and would no longer hold steam. And just received this Instant Pot IP-DUO80 7-in-1 Programmable Electric Pressure Cooker, 8 Qt. I want to do the corned beef, and believe I still have some briskets in the freezer. And now with winter would be a good time to do just that. Have a Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Sorry for the slow response, but yes a pressure cooker would be great.
